Cleaning Policy

Your comfort is our priority — cleaning service is available on request to suit your schedule and preferences.
Please let us know by 11 AM if you'd like your room cleaned or fresh linen.

Identification

One government-issued ID is mandatory at check-in. It will be safely returned at check-out after a quick room inspection.

Quiet Hours

Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to ensure everyone’s comfort.

Sustainability Commitment

Please help us by switching off lights and air conditioning when leaving the room, and ensuring bathroom taps are properly closed.

Smoking Policy

To keep our indoor spaces fresh and healthy, smoking is allowed only outside — on balconies or in the garden areas.

Alcohol Policy

At Surya Villa, we strive to maintain a peaceful, respectful and family-friendly environment for all guests. We kindly ask that you do not consume alcohol inside the building or rooms. If you choose to bring your own bottles, please keep them discreetly stored and refrain from leaving them in visible areas. We thank you for helping us keep the ambiance calm, clean and welcoming for everyone.

Visitors

Visitors are allowed only with prior approval. For security and comfort, outside guests should not stay overnight.

Parking

Parking is available outside the property in a well-lit area monitored by security cameras.
Your car stays visible and safe, just a few steps from the entrance.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking.
We accept UPI, bank transfer, Google Pay, and cash.
Your reservation is confirmed only after payment is received.

Cancellation

For direct bookings:
• Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival
• 50% charge if cancelled 1–2 days prior
• No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows
